I have visions for my life and
my visions include yours.
How's that? Ever since I was a child, I knew that I wanted to help people. As I got older, my path became clearer and I slowly began to realize that it was about helping people become their best, healthiest, and happiest selves. So, first of all, I had to start by getting myself to where I wanted to take people. During my teenage years, I suffered from a severe form of fibromyalgia, which led me to become interested in the healing properties of food. This led me to decide to become a dietitian. I love honesty, so I'll tell you that I discovered that it's not just about nutrition, but so much more: it's about mental and physical health. This led me further and further into the world of complementary therapies. So I also trained as a fitness trainer. I have discovered many things, but the biggest discovery is yet to come: I have discovered that I don't want to work for someone, I want to work with someone. I want to work with you. Because just as every person is unique, so are their needs. So I started totallyYOU to help people individually.
